高速橫筒型三針五線附右修布刀雙面飾繃縫機具備直驅微型馬達專利設計，自動上、
下切線、自動修布邊等先進功能。
Attachment 配備說明：
R500：Right Hand Knife Device for fabric edge trimmer(右修布刀)
AST：With Pneumatic top & Under Thread Trimmer(氣動式自動上、下切線)
RP：Real Puller for feeding fabric (後拖布輪)
DS：Patent-reserved Direct-drive Servo Motor in cooling design when it works.

Application主要用途：Mainly for Men’s brief (男用內褲，褲頭鬆緊帶車縫 )
Pre-closed flat knit elastic band can be attached smoothly onto waist of tubular goods. The sewing operation continues while the edge of waist (under the elastic band) is trimmed by the right hand knife. In the meantime, trimmed fabric chips can be sucked into thewaste bag through Fabric chip suction pipe & bag are standard equipment for this machine. If you choose EST type for threadtrimming and presser foot lift, it is required to use a suction motor (RB120) for waste fabric chips suction.
鬆緊帶可輕易的放於管架上車縫，右修刀於車縫時可持續將布邊修齊，讓車縫與修布一次完成，縫製更為省時快速而美觀，配有吸布屑裝置可將切除之多於布料吸入布袋中儲存。吸布屑裝置建議為標準配備，若採用電動切線時需另外選購吸風馬達搭配，用來吸取布屑。

Specialized in high speed with enforced-auto-lubrication-system in main shaft ensures free from over-heating while working at high speed condition. It’s optional for the thread break detector. If the looper thread is broken, it can detect this malfunction and the machine automatically stops. This device reduces trouble caused by thread breakage and decreases the time and labor required for trouble shooting.
